Jobsite safety & security is paramount and will be provided through the use of the OSHA Manuals, ABP safety manual and inspection steps. Daily jobsite management will be provided to ensure the intent of the drawings is retained and protected. Site environmental concerns will be addressed on a site by site basis using erosion control measures, bales, waddles and other such devices as listed on the SWPPP plan as required by the municipality or neighborhood. LEED requirements as listed on drawings will be firmly adhered to and followed during construction.

Richard is a licensed architect and a member of NCARB, and Lecturer at the University of Texas at Arlington. Licensed in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.
